59th MDW will remain open Dec 5

Our Nation witnessed the passing of former President George H.W. Bush this past Friday, November 30, 2018.   The President of the United States has declared December 5, 2018, as a National Day of Mourning throughout the United States, inviting the American people to pay homage to the memory of President George H.W. Bush and the people of the world to join us in this solemn observance.

In keeping with the contract we have with our beneficiaries and the trust they have placed in our team, we will remain open and continue normal operations on Wednesday, December 5, 2018--honoring our Nation's sacred trust to care for those who wear and have worn the uniform and their families.
